Shelby Walker-Adams has been motivating and enlightening people in fitness since 1997. During that time she has had the privilege to work with everyone from kindergarteners to retired senior citizens. Noticing that many people do not get fit because they either feel they don’t have time or are intimidated by the gym, Shelby started her own company, About Time Personal Training & Pilates, LLC. Her desire is to help her clients find the time and create the circumstances to be lean, strong and healthy.
Using her extensive knowledge of Pilates, personal training, & emotional storage, Shelby has helped many clients break through their once baffling plateaus and become stronger, leaner, and healthier from the inside out. Shelby’s humorous, empathetic, yet highly efficient style of training is a refreshing change for those who formally dreaded exercise.
